It depends on the scope. An AI assessment usually takes one to three weeks, a pilot or a single automation a few weeks, and a larger integration or a new AI product two to six months. After the first conversation we give you a timeline for your specific case.

Our pricing is project-based and depends on the scope, complexity, and timeline. We offer fixed-price projects, time and materials, and dedicated team arrangements. We work with models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, and with open-source models running locally or on private infrastructure when a project needs more control, privacy, or independence from external services. For automation and assistants we use tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, and LlamaIndex. We build with Python, Java, TypeScript, PHP, React, Next.js, React Native, and Swift, and we are cloud-agnostic across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.

Not by us. We use business plans and APIs that, under each provider's terms, do not train on your data by default, and we confirm those terms for every project. When a project requires it, we use open-source models running on your own infrastructure, so the data never leaves it. We also document which data each tool can access.

AI makes mistakes, so we design for it. We test each solution against real cases from your business before launch, show the sources behind answers, limit what the AI can do on its own, and keep a person in the loop for the decisions that matter.

We start by measuring how the work is done today: hours spent, errors, and response times. Each use case is ranked by expected return and effort, and pilots are measured against those numbers, so you decide whether to scale based on results, not promises.

No. We set up the tools, train your team on their own tasks, and hand over documentation written in plain language. If you have a technical team, we work alongside it.

Clear communication is essential to our process. We assign a dedicated project manager, provide access to our project management tools, and hold regular video calls for updates and feedback. We're also available via Slack or email for quick questions throughout the project.

You do. All code, prompts, configurations, designs, and documentation created for your project are your intellectual property. We provide full source code access and comprehensive documentation upon project completion. Our contracts clearly outline IP ownership to ensure your peace of mind.

We take data security seriously. All team members sign NDAs, and we follow industry best practices for secure development. We're compliant with GDPR and can work within your specific security requirements. Sensitive data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

We work in sprints. The whole project is divided into 3-5 stages (depending on the duration of the project). We provide the client with a detailed description of the work to be performed at each stage in advance. At the start, the client pays 50% of the development cost of the first stage. After accepting the results of the first stage, the client pays the balance for it and pays an advance for the next stage. Thus, you can start working with us without paying a lump sum, and control the process easily and simply. In addition, we are ready to consider individual payment terms in each specific case.

Yes. Most AI projects start from tools you already use, such as your CRM, email, documents, or an existing app. We assess whether to connect AI to what you have or replace a piece of it, and we say which makes more sense financially. We also take on maintenance and modernization of finished or partially finished projects.

Within 6 months after release, we provide free technical support and maintenance to fix minor issues not found during testing. AI solutions also need periodic review, because models change and your data and processes evolve. After that period we usually agree on a support contract that can include monitoring, quality checks, and model updates. There is no fixed or minimum monthly amount; it depends on the time the improvements require.
