AI strategy before the spend

We look at how your business works, where your data lives, and which tasks eat your team's week, then recommend where AI is worth it and where it is not.

Book an AI assessment

What this service is about

What it is

A short, structured review of your business before you spend on AI. We talk with the people who do the work, look at your tools and data, and tell you plainly where AI would save time or money, where it would not, and what to do first.

Who it's for

  1. You know AI could help, but not where to start.

  2. Your team repeats the same tasks every week and you want to know which ones AI can take over.

  3. You want a plan and a budget before committing to a larger project.

What you get

  • A map of the tasks and processes where AI fits

  • A review of your data: where it lives, how usable it is, and what AI may see

  • Use cases ranked by value, effort, and risk

  • A staged roadmap with tools and rough costs, yours to keep

What it looks like in practice

Illustrative examples of typical projects.

  • 01

A sales team buried in quotes

A distribution company spends hours every week building quotes by hand. The assessment shows that half of that work can be automated from its price list and order history, and puts it first on the roadmap.

  • 02

A clinic unsure about patient data

A clinic wants an assistant but worries about privacy. The assessment maps which data can be used, which provider meets its requirements, and which ideas should wait.

  • 03

    Too many ideas, no order

Leadership has a list of twelve AI ideas. We rank them by value, effort, and risk, and the team starts with the two that pay off fastest.

Our Process

  1. Listen

What the business does, who does it, and where the work slows down.

  2. Map

The processes and data behind the tasks worth automating.

  3. Rank

Each idea scored by value, effort, and risk.

  4. Plan

A roadmap with stages, tools, and a price shape for each one.

Timeline and pricing

Typical timeline
Usually one to three weeks, depending on the size of the team and how many processes we review. Most of it is interviews and review sessions, so your team spends only a few hours in total.
How it is priced
A fixed price agreed before we start, based on the scope. If you continue with a pilot or a build, the roadmap already gives you the price shape for each stage.
