Test the AI idea before the build
We build a working prototype or a narrow pilot around one task, with your real data, so you can see whether it holds up before committing to a full project.
Start a pilotWhat this service is about
What it is
A small, working version of an AI idea, built in a few weeks around one task and your real data. Instead of guessing whether it will work, your team tries it on real cases and you decide with results in hand.
Who it's for
You have an AI idea but are not sure it will work with your data.
You need to show results to partners or investors before a full build.
You want to keep the first investment and the risk small.
What you get
A clear definition of the task and what success looks like
A working prototype your team can use, not a slide deck
Test results on real cases: where it works and where it fails
A recommendation to build, adjust, or stop, with next steps
What it looks like in practice
Illustrative examples of typical projects.
- 01
An assistant tested before launch
A software company wants a support assistant. A three-week pilot answers real tickets from the previous month, and the team sees which questions it handles well before paying for the full build.
- 02
Reading supplier invoices
An accounting team tests whether AI can read its suppliers' invoices. The pilot processes a sample of real invoices and reports accuracy field by field.
- 03
A new product idea
A founder wants to know if an AI feature is worth adding to the app. A clickable prototype goes in front of ten users, and their reactions decide the next step.
Our Process
Define
The task, the users, and the result that would make the pilot a success.
Build
A working prototype on your data, in short iterations.
Test
Real cases, real users, and a record of what worked.
Decide
Scale it, adjust it, or drop it, based on the results.
Timeline and pricing
- Typical timeline
- Usually three to six weeks: about a week to define the task and how success is measured, two to four weeks of building in short iterations, and a final week of testing with real cases.
- How it is priced
- A fixed price for the pilot, agreed after the definition step, so the first investment stays small. If you decide to scale it, the pilot's results shape the estimate for the full build.
Common questions
A prototype shows how the idea works and feels. A pilot goes one step further: real users try it on real cases for a set period, and we measure the results.
Sometimes. If the results are good, we keep what holds up and strengthen the rest for production, such as security, monitoring, and scale.
A clear task, a sample of real data or cases, and a few people willing to try it and tell us what they think.
You find out for a fraction of the cost of a full project, with a report that explains why. That is the purpose of a pilot.
