Our Services

MaximusDevs helps businesses ( SMEs/PyMEs ) adopt artificial intelligence: AI strategy and assessments, prototyping, workflow automation, AI assistants and agents, integration with existing systems, data and document intelligence, AI security and governance, and team training. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written project agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

AI-Generated Outputs

The systems we build may use artificial intelligence models, which can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. A qualified person should review AI outputs before you rely on them for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences. We design human review into our solutions where appropriate, but you remain responsible for how outputs are used in your business. Where a signed project agreement covers these matters, its terms take precedence over these Terms.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by MaximusDevs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

MaximusDevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
